This class blends the beauty of ballet within a traditional fitness framework. Experience a full workout that includes cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises. 6th Grade & Up
This is an intermediate-advance class for dancers in levels Ballet V-VII or equivalent. Pointe shoes are optional for level VI-VII students.
